Thie really helps when loading the boat.
When the current is strong these rollers help control the boat while loading onto the trailer.

I ordered these and thought they would easily mount on my boat trailer. I was wrong. I had to cut the mounting leg of the guide off to use it as a lower mounting plate. This was done because the mounting u bolts that were sent with the product were too short. I had to buy 4 longer bolts and use them to mount these to my Zieman boat trailer. It took me about 3 to 4 hours and [$] to make it work.

these rollers may be made for a shorelander trailer
but which one i do not not know, remove rollers
put roller frame in vise heat with rose bud bend
it down 2 inches, let cool put in drill press
drill bracket holes out to 1/2 inch use 2x5 u bolts x 1/2 inch the ones that came with rollers are only 5/16 x 3 x 1 3/4 a little short and narrow, repaint frame and install rollers then mount to trailer frame.these turned out to be a pain but they work, after modification.

Comments about Midwest ShoreLand'r Roller Load Guides, pair:
I needed something substantial to aid in loading my McKee craft boat. These are heavy enough but by being pre-formed it would be just a matter of luck to actually match up to the sides or hull of the boat. A couple of trips to the 20 ton press corrected the problem. A slot to provide a little "cam" action would be a huge help in properly fitting these up.

Comments about Midwest ShoreLand'r Roller Load Guides, pair:
I own a Shorelander roll off trailer that holds my Lund Rebel. I purchased the Roller Load Guides so my boat would load straight on the trailer. The guides are adjustable and fit my trailer perfect. The materials are heavy duty and of superior quality. The boat now loads straight and the guides are functional and well designed.
Pros
- Can Withstand Use
- Sturdy
Cons

Comments about Midwest ShoreLand'r Roller Load Guides, pair:
I couldn't find a roller guide to fit my trailer application and this was the closest. My boat is not wider than the wishbone beams, so I will be rebending these units to slide inward towards the center of the boat instead of sliding out as designed. I chose these because of the material and heavy construction because they will need to be bent or cut/welded and seem to be build solid.
Comments about Midwest ShoreLand'r Roller Load Guides, pair:
I thought I had a Shoreland'r trailer but it was a Spartan. Looks sturdy. Won't fit my trailer as the tube size was different. Returned it.

My frame was wide enough, so I bolted to the frame. I did not use U-bolts. My boat sits low on the trailer skiboat so this roller fit side perfict.Answered on 6/26/2011 by Max from Riverside Calif.
Q:
I have a small Road King trailer with tight clearences on structual members. My trailer is 1 1/2 x 3. 1). What is the diameter of the "U" bolt that fastens the guide to my trailer? 2). What is the horizontal measurement of the bracket that lays on my trailer(L&W) (also, the thickness of that bracket? 3).What is the material of construction of the bracket? Is it galvanized? 4). As my clearences are tight, what is your return policy if the unit doesn't fit? 5). What is the estimated freight cost to Zip 34442? Thanks.
