Comments about Shakespeare Agility Freshwater Rod, 9, Light:

I bought this rod for shore fishing @ night in the Fall and Spring for Eye's...I had to select "river fishing" on this particular review, but in this instance, I'm actually targeting lakes. I needed something to cast small cranks and jigs/plastics (1/32-1/16) as far as possible to cover as much h2o as possible. I actually haven't put this rod to the test yet as this pattern does not start here for about 2-3 weeks...depending on our beloved Mother Nature! I did do some "practicing" with her and she really does cast these smallish baits a LONG way!!! The only thing I'm skeptical about is the hooksetting as she's a tad whippy. I guess I'll find out sooner then later as it's finally getting to be "that time"....
