    The product itself appears to be of excellent quality; however, I was purchasing to replace a table mount previously purchased through overton's that had broken. This mount is not the same inside diameter as the table kit that Overton's sells so it didn't work.
    Unfortunately there is nothing in either description that would let you know they are different until you make the purchase.

      We actually used the table mount to put a grill on our pontoon. The grill was made to mount on the boat and we had the pole and grill but needed to mount it. It fit our pole perfectly and was easy to install (although no screws were included) and we have grilled many times now on the pontoon. It's great.

          We purchased a new pontoon boat that had a round 4 hole drink table and needed a larger table surface. The existing table utilized this same adapter and pole. We procured the table top that met our requirements and I easily installed the adapter to the new tablr top and it works just fime.

                        The Sequoia Table Pole has a flush deck mount adapter that eliminates the "above the deck" tripping hazard that we had on the table of our previous pontoon boat. I highly recomend this unit assembly.

                        If the table does not have the 2 inch cup or socket on the bottom that the table leg slides into the leg then you will need to drill holes in the table to install the table leg. Make sure the screws used are not to long to stick through the top of the table.

                        The base of the pedestal system is a surface mount base that is attached to the floor with screws. Some pedestal bases are recessed into the floor which requires you to drill a 3" or larger diameter hole.
