          I use these for my morning commute but if i'm outside cleaning snow off my car, my fingers go numb in a few minutes. These are not nearly as warm as advertised.

          Service and delivery comments:

          I had made a mistake when entering my shipping address and customer service did everything in their power to ensure that i received my product. I was very impressed with their actions.
