I got these for a friend of mine to use while snow shoveling. Her fingers were always cold. The liners, in combination with, waterproof gloves and hand warmers solved her problems with cold hands. I also got a pair for myself for hunting. I use them on cold days while stump sitting. They are the bomb. The only complaint is they do run a size too big. Then again, the extra room creates more warm air space. If you are getting these for a woman, order one size down.
