Product Description

The easy-to-use Savage Model 220 redefines the slug gun, creating a whole new class of deer-hunting firearm that can't be beaten when it comes to price or performance. The 220 uses the same action as the legendary Model 110, a rifle known for its accuracy. The super-fast locktime Accu-Trigger means the bullet from a 220 can be through a deer before the hammer even falls on a hinge-pin hammer gun. The 220's free-floating, rifled 22-inch barrel has a 1 in 24-inch rate of twist and the action is pillar-bedded for stability. A recoil pad on the butt severely curbs felt-recoil. Includes sling swivels and a detachable box magazine.

This gun was voted the most accurate gun in 2010. Able to kill a dear with accuracy to 200 yards. Very nice I am going to try the 212 12 ga for comparison and little more power.
