I found the single 5-shot mag that came with my Mark II BV challenged my patience so I ordered 2 of these. After paying a fair price [...] I went to the range to check them out. What a difference shooting 20 rounds with only a quick pop & load! Excellent. My factory mag fails to feed on occasion so I'll send for a replacement, but I'll be using these instead anyway.

    Factory Magazine works.

It works just like the origional did. not the best designed but does the job just fine.

Comments about Savage Arms Mark II Series Rimfire Magazine:

Factory magazines always seem to work better than aftermarket replacements. This is a 10 round extended version of the 5 round magazine that came with my mark 2-TR. reloading a single 5 round magazine gets old really fast. Stock up on a few of these to give you some extended shooting time.

Comments about Savage Arms Mark II Series Rimfire Magazine:

Use my 17 mach2 for squirrels and woodchucks. For early squrrels it is great to have 5 more shots before reloading. It is possible to have 5 or more squirrels in one tree. The mag. does not protrude that much, so it is not in the way for hunting.

Comments about Savage Arms Mark II Series Rimfire Magazine:

These are 10 round mags, and they stick out a bit more as compared to the 5-round mags. It does not look like an AK or anything, but you will notice it. The 5-rounders also stick out a little, so I don't believe there is a flush fit mag for this rifle. I have 3 or each, and one of my 5s, and one of the 10s was bit tight. I just put them in and out a bunch of times, and they seemed work the issue out. No problems.

Comments about Savage Arms Mark II Series Rimfire Magazine:

May Savage 22 only came with a 5 round magazine so of course a 10 round mag was a necessity. The Gander Mountain price was really good so I bought 4.
