Product Description
One of the world's oldest traditions in hunting rifles meets the modern materials and engineering revolution in the Sauer 202 Series bolt-action rifles. The Sauer 202 series is a bolt-action repeating rifle of modular design allowing the customer to easily replace individual components and convert calibers. Clamp screws connect the barrel and the receiver and the trigger assembly is built into the receiver as a separate module. The bolt locks up directly into the barrel leaving the receiver as an unstressed part. The ergonomically shaped stock with its hand-cut checkering affords a safe grip. This rifle features a 2-position safety and a set of Burris scope-mounting bases and rings. Its wood, metal, and bore are all in very good condition.
