Got these shoes in two colors for my husband. He does landscaping-type work and is outside working most of the time on uneven terrain, need a lot of stability. With a lot of shoes, his feet and legs get tired and start hurting. He loves these, really supportive and he can keep going long hours with no problems. They also look nice enough to go out in public for casual wear. Definitely recommend!

These are a great pair of hiking shoes. They prove to be not as minimalist as the lightest hiking shoes. However, they provide a decent amount of foot coverage and stability that make the extra bulk worth it. Overall, the weight undercuts that of many similar shoes and the sole is awesome. I'd say the quality of the sole rivals vibrams. They tear up the rocky Pennsylvania AT and I would recommend these bad boys to anyone.
