Product Description
skb Transport and protect two of your rifles with the Double Rifle Case from SKB. Its bunk bed storage system with foam dividers provides separation and protection for each rifle. The case is engineered to last a lifetime and features an HDPE shell with water-resistant o-ring seal. Bumper protected hardware, fiberglass- and nylon-reinforced industrial-strength latches (two nonlockable and two with TSA locks), carry and tow handles and built-in poly wheels make the case ideal for transportation. 6"D x 50"W x 9.5"H. Lifetime warranty; $1,500 airline damage coverage.

    For Josh A: Josh, I just bought one yesterday and maybe they listened to you because they've added a couple of eyelets where you can attach your own locks as well as the TBSA locks that are built in. Best of both worlds.

    this is a great case however, my 309 sniper rifel was a hard fit i had to adjust the pads on the ends but it is a great case

        Whose smart idea was it to put TSA locks on a gun case, with no way to attach additional locks?

        Travel with this case and you're risking your guns being stolen. Even if you don't travel, there is no way to put a more sturdy lock of your own choice on it.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

            Probably indestructible case. I didn't realize how big it is until I got it outside. Too big to fit in my car! [...] I am returning it for a smaller case (single gun). Very impressed with the quality of this case, though. Will be exchanging for the same brand. Simply too big for my needs.

                SKB says these cases are water resistant, not waterproof. It does have an O-ring seal, so it will keep dirt out as well.

                If you're planning on burying it, I'd say thats a no-go. A little rain? You'd be fine. If it falls out of your boat or goes down on the Titanic... well, that is the question. I has a o-ring and is pretty solid, if you're putting your gun in serious danger of water damage, go with Pelican products, but this is good for your average user.
