Product Description
ruger Strong, durable, dependable, and versatile Single-Nine revolvers are the perfect small bore single-action revolver for plinking, small game hunting, or serious competition. Single-Nines are chambered in 22 Magnum and have a nine-round capacity. The Single-Nine's Williams fiber-optic sights utilize a square post and square notch configuration, providing a crisp sight picture, and are click-adjustable for both windage and elevation. The grips are made of hardwood and offer a slim "Gunfighter" feel. The 6.5-inch barrel helps the .22 Magnum reach its fullest potential-with 40 grain loads averaging over fourteen hundred feet per second. Cons

    Best Uses

      Comments about Ruger Single-Nine Handgun:

I use this fine revolver for recreational shooting and small game hunting. The weight allows for a steady aim. The William's fiber optic sights are easy to set on target. The working mechanisms are high quality for loading and unloading. Every move is deliberate making it a good handgun to teach someone to shoot safely. It's an easy revolver to clean. Trigger pull is a nice squeeze. A new model stainless Single Six Combination 5.5 in barrel was added to the collection. Two fine plinkers on board.

        Comments about Ruger Single-Nine Handgun:

I also have a Ruger single-six 44 mag. It's fun to shoot but ammo is costly. The 22 mag has punch and the ammo is affordable.
