Comments about Ruger® SR9c™ Handgun:
After owning only revolvers for 40+ years this was my first semi-automatic. I read several reviews and watch hours of you tube videos before choosing this gun. I am happy and my wife now wants her own after a session at the range.

Comments about Ruger® SR9c™ Handgun:
I have owned my SRc for about 6 months now and love it. Being a female I wasn't sure about the size or recoil. After the first shot I was hooked. The recoil is light for a 9 mm and having the 10 and 17 round clips is great! I put the 10 round in when I carry it CPW and used the 17 round at the range.
I read the comments about the quality of the. Ruger however, after buying this one, I now own the SR22 and the mini-14!!!

Comments about Ruger® SR9c™ Handgun:
I absolutely love this gun! Seriosuly considering the SR40c now as well. Not sure if this is a good indication of its accuracy or not, but i took my 13 yr old son, who has never so much as even held a gun, to the range the other day...and he put 14 of 17 shots on target. They were a little loosley grouped, but still...wow! My first time shooting it left a great impression. Tight groupings right away. Love the gun!

Comments about Ruger® SR9c™ Handgun:
IN about a year of ownership, not one single failure to eject or failure to load, with a wide variety of ammo. With either magazine the gun feels good in the hand. Adjustable sights on a gun at this price are a nice feature, as well as the extra safety features, such as an unambiguous indication that the gun is loaded. Accuracy is excellent. The only drawback is the 9 mm caliber itself - not as powerful as a 45, but many military and police use this caliber.
This is a very nice carry firearm.

Comments about Ruger® SR9c™ Handgun:
Have had this weapon for 2 months. Just took it out and went through a CQC course I contstucted.
I have never had a weapon that was this accurate (out of the box) The trigger is like butter, the kick is like a 380 auto. This weapon is great !
I have moved the rest of my weapons to the rear of my gun safe. So this will be the one I go to.
Great job Ruger.

Comments about Ruger® SR9c™ Handgun:
I am a beginner pistol owner (was totally clueless on hand guns)so this is the first pistol I have bought after quite a bit of research. Only have 200 rounds through it but no FTE's using cheap winchester and UMC ammo. I did clean before shooting. Easy to strip and clean. Mild recoil, nice trigger. It is shooting a little left right out of the box (verified by instructor)but this can be corrected easily by owner. I made an adjustment at home per manual and taking to range soon to see result and fine tune while there with instructor help. But the majority of the rounds were in a pretty tight circle even for a beginner like me at 21 feet. Overall, very happy so far. Would recommend.
