Product Description
ruger Same size as the popular LC9 but with the reduced recoil of the .380 Auto cartridge, for a softer-shooting conceal carry pistol. Rugged construction with blued, through-hardened alloy steel slide and black, one-piece high-performance, glass-filled nylon grip frame. Dovetailed, high visibilty 3-dot sight system with windage-adjustable rear sight and fixed front sight. Checkered grip frame provides a secure and comfortable grip. Safety features include internal lock, manual safety, magazine safety and loaded chamber indicator which provides visual and tactile indication that chamber is loaded. Also includes one 7-round magazine and soft case.

      Bought this gun for concealed carry because I work in some not-so-great places. Ended up carrying it with me almost always. It's light weight has lead me to carry it when backpacking and outdoors.

        We bought this for my wife. She has a condition that has weakened her hands, but she can work the slide and effectively shoot this handgun. It was recommended by the salesman and it has proven to be an excellent recommendation. This isn't a gun for competive shooting, but fun to plink with (when ammo becomes available again).

        I really love this gun! I got it as a gift and plan to use as a summer carry weapon. I haven't had any firing issues. The only problem I had was when I first got it after loading the mag I had to slam it hard to lock it in. then if I want to drop the mag I had to push up on it. I ordered another mag from ruger and it did the same. its getting better after shooting and keeping the mags loaded. oh one more thing, when changing out the floor plate the pinky extension didn't want to stay in place. run a bit of super glue around the piece and slid it on. just shouldn't have had to do it.

            This has been a great gun for a beginner. It is easy to use and has little to no recoil. The slide has stuck a few times when shooting but I think I just need to shoot more rounds. Too bad a person can't find ammo anywhere. I bought this for concealed carry and it's a great choice for a personal protection firearm.
