        Comments about Ruger Blackhawk Handgun:

I do not shoot a lot and I am not what anyone would call an aficionado. I missed seeing something pretty important but what I notices should not be an issue EVER! I purchased this handgun and it has been stored away until recently. I began to install a Hogue grip and noticed the 2 grip frame screws are missing. They were installed at the factory but were removed by someone at the store where I purchased the gun. The factory is sending me the screws. The store I bought the gun from lost its repair facility around the time I needed them most. Had I realized the screws were missing I would have commented sooner. I will be much more careful in the future.

I will recommend the Blackhawk but not the store where I purchased it. Sorry Gander, but this is the 4th bad or damaged gun I purchased from you.
