A great value for a beginning shooter, the Model 1969 was used as a training rifle during the 1970's and '80's. Built on an oil-finished beechwood stock with a heavy barrel, the 1969 has a bit more heft than many .22 LR rifles, allowing rifle to fire very smoothly and accurately. The 1969 comes standard with a folding leaf rear sight with a hooded front, a simple-to-use sighting system that makes target acquisition easy. This import-stamped rifle features a back bolt safety, sling swivel studs, and a 5-round detachable box magazine. Its wood, metal, and bore are all in very good condition.
