Comments about Roll-N-Go PWC 11' Shore Ramp:

Sits on small lake beach; winch pulls unit up easily; took jet ski totally out of water which is the intent. So far so good after a month and about a half dozen load and unloads.

Comments about Roll-N-Go PWC 11' Shore Ramp:

We added paint rollers cut in half between the wheels. This prevented the seadoo from touching any metal, esp. at the bottom of the ramp

                  Just my 2 cents...
I've used mine yearly since 2004. It is easy to move about(with the ski off), as the level of our lake fluctuates rapidly at times.

                  Absoutley no problems what-so-ever.

Also easy to secure your ski to it with a cable/lock type thing.

You will be happy with this product !!!!

Recommended by neighbor who had tried other ramps and recommended this as the best. Manufacturer was excellent in answering questions and appropriately directed me back to Overton's for purchase.

It says not to use if the drop is more than 2 1/2 feet. What drop is it refering to? Shore to water? Shore to bottom of lake? Thank you.

We live on a lake were the water fluctuates. Is this ramp sturdy enough to hold the ski on an incline? The picture looks like it's in very shallow water with little incline on the ramp.
Does it hold well when the currents are strong?

                            A:

You may want to consider a longer ramp if the water fluctuates often and a longer winch strap to reach the pwc with the longer ramp. The ramp can accommodate some fluctuations in water level, but not very much. You would not want the water to come close to the top of the ramp because your pwc will become under stress from the rising water and the winch strap trying to keep it attached to the ramp. We have ramp rollers and support brackets that you can use to make a wooden ramp as long as you need it to be (you get the lumber locally). That item is called the shore docker item 72493 for 1200 pound capacity or 72492 for a 2000 pound capacity.
