Pros

  • Compact Design
  • Easy To Use

Cons

  • Short Straps

Best Uses

Comments about Rivers Edge Connect-N-Climb 20 Climbing Stick:

    Good value for the money.
Very simple to attach the tree brace to each section. Simple instructions.
Assembled in woods, went together well. Lifted and placed against tree and realized the straps are very short.
Ended up using two straps to connect the base section, then individual straps for two more (one barely reached). Used my own ratchet strap for the final section.
Sturdy to use. The foot areas are VERY rough, snagging on my gloves. I ended up using the center vertical post to climb with my hands.
Will buy a couple of more.

Comments about Rivers Edge Connect-N-Climb 20 Climbing Stick:

This is the 3rd one I've purchased. Having steps on both sides is useful. It is a little heavier but for the savings over an aluminum unit worth it. Besides I only carry it out/in to field once a year.
