Comments about Rivers Edge Treestands Rivers Edge 20' Rapid Stick Climbing Aid:
This is a great addition for a lock-on stand especially if you have to leave the stand in place to prevent theft. Most theives can't get up 20 ft to steal the stand. Much more secure than screw-in steps and for us older folks the set-up is much safer and takes less effort. I would add a strap to hold it together for storage or transport. I would also add ratchet straps instead of friction based that it comes with. You can fill the steps with expanding foam to keep the wasps from moving in if you leave it in the tree for a while.

Comments about Rivers Edge Treestands Rivers Edge 20' Rapid Stick Climbing Aid:
These ladder steps are great. Steps placed the same on both sides eliminates having a step on the wrong side to enter your hang on stand. Safe, easy to set up, good finish, heavy guage metal. Priced right.

Comments about Rivers Edge Treestands Rivers Edge 20' Rapid Stick Climbing Aid:
It took me time and energy to use the screw-in steps, but this was easy to carry to the woods, quick to set up, and sits far enough out from the tree for an easy climb. It was also nice to find this sort of step with 20 foot height so I can get up high enough. Can't wait to use during the season.

Comments about Rivers Edge Treestands Rivers Edge 20' Rapid Stick Climbing Aid:
Overall, great product. Wide steps(us older folks need that). Went together easy and very easy to use. My first set of climbing sticks and I'm impressed. Should have plastic plugs for steps and stick end. Here in the south wasps are still active from archery(mid Sept.)-Gun opener (mid Oct.). A nest in a hollow step can be unwelcome come daylight! Filled mine with expandable foam!

Easy to assemble and ready to bring into the woods in minutes. I am happy with them and have bought 3 sets so far. Only negative is some of the grip tape has come off already. Great product for the price
