My Beretta 303 works best with these. My longest shot at a buck that I harvested was 120 yards. It hit right where I was aiming!

Q:
Can these rifled slugs be shot out of a regular barrel (non rifled)?Asked on 10/16/2009 by Dave C from Michigan2 answers
A:
Works great with smooth bore barrel. Would recomend using imp.cylinder or cylinder bore barrell for best results.Answered on 11/20/2012 by Old Man from N.C.A:
Yes! They are made for smooth bore not rifled barrels. The term rifled is for the groves on the lead slug itself. So buy them. Please remember that guns just like people have their different preferences. I shot several different name brand slug shells in my Beretta 303 and these Remington shot the best tight groups.Answered on 11/1/2009 by Pete Petersen from Chillicothe, Illinois
