Product works very effectively on dog and well, when it works. However, it sometimes stops working in the field after approximately one hour for unclear reasons, but will usually restart if reset and/or if battery cover reloosened and retightened. Product came with impaired/ineffective batterie, and needed to be sent for service to [@]
