          have been using the accu tip 260 ammo on white tail deer for 9 years. 21 one shot kills never need a follow up. even on one severe rear angle shot. always exit, does not badly damage the meat. never had to follow a blood trail over 40 yards. need to make them in 140 grain for elk

              Loved them on the range but havent had the opportunity to veiw the kill results do to over harvesting of Does and a low Buck population in my hunting area.We need a new open season for poachers also.

              The .260 Rem. caliber, as well as it's big brother
              the 6.5 Rem Mag, preform far out of logic on everything from varmits to elk & moose due to the quality & design of the .264 dia. bullets available in the Rem factory ammo. I think that using the 140 gr Core-lok bullet for the reduced
              load fails to accomplish what using the 120 gr. in either the core-lok or Accu-tip will serve to do on deer size game to 200 yards. The 120 Accu-tip will cleanly kill deer to 300 yards when loaded to a velocity of only 2400 fps. How about it Rem. It does serve in situations where the 7-08
              is not needed, power wise.

              Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
