Product Description

Remington tactical shotguns are rugged, ultra-dependable and continually evolve as they're called to serve in new, increasingly demanding environments. Built on Remington's legendary pump action that's become the gold standard for high-risk applications, the Model 870 Express Tactical has a quick-pointing 18-1/2" barrel and includes their extended, ported Tactical Rem Choke. It packs a full 7 rounds of 2-3/4" or 3" 12-gauge firepower with the factory-installed 2-shot extension.

The Model 870 Express Tactical Magpul edition features a variety of custom enhancements from Magpul Industries. The 870 Magpul is combat-ready thanks to an SGA adjustable stock with an MOE forend specifically designed for the 870. The stock has three height options and comes with a four 1/2" length-of-pull spacers for shooter-specific adjustments. The shotgun's barrel and receiver are coated in Cerakote for extreme abrasion and corrosion resistance. A set of XS Ghost Ring sights and Magpul's The Art of the Dynamic Shotgun DVD (a $39.95 value) are included.

Very tight firm action-even by 870 standards. Hefty gun-not heavy, just a solid weight that will help tame recoil from heavy buckshot or personal defense rounds. The Magpul stock is perfect length for my somewhat short arms. The recoil pad and pistol grip are awesome. Did I mention the distinct sound of the 870 action being worked-that alone would probably cause most home intruders to think seriously about a rapid, sudden career change.
