        Looks nice. Thats about it. Fired it at the range for the first time and the Bolt would not move to eject the casing. The bolt stuck every time I fired it. Had to force the bolt back. Remington sure messed this model up but good. Spend a little more and buy the 700 mdl.

          This rifle is an excellent buy!!! It shoots true and only needs a slight adjustment to the scope to hit the mark at 100 yards. The scope is a cheap one but will definately do its job until you find the time to replace it with a more expensive one. The rifle over all is made very well. You cant beat the price for what you get. A stainles steel barrel with all the other quality you come to expect from Remington. The only problem I see with this rifle is that the bolt doesnt slide very smoothly in the chamber which would cause a problem for a rapid fire situation. It hangs up on you a little bit but maybe this is something a gun smith could fix with some tweeking. Over all an excellent weapon for a beginner hunter that is definately a great buy!!!
