Product Summary

First introduced in 1905, the Remington Model 11 was the first autoloading shotgun ever released in the United States. Designed by the legendary John Browning and also produced by Browning’s own company as the Auto-5, the Model 11 utilizes a recoil-operated system incorporating a bronze friction piece and a heavy recoil spring around the magazine tube. The 11 is often referred to as the “humpback” or the “square sterned” due to its distinctive shape. This shotgun features a front bead sight, a cross-bolt safety, and a fixed improved cylinder choke. Its wood, metal, and bore are all in very good condition.
