    I can't tell if a live Bate tank and pump comes with it. The tray on top looks like it is mounted to the Bate tank. If they do not come with it then what is the price of the one in the picture and the brands so i can look them up ?

      No, just standard cart.... No bait tank included... tray is supported by one of the rod holder tubes....it slips into the tube.
