          I purchased the first pair of these for my son. In less than a year the bottom of one of the boots fell off. I took them back to the local Gander and they exchanged them for me. The second pair was barely worn and again in less than a year the bottom of BOTH boots came off!! These boots are clearly poorly made. I had a pair of women's Rocky boots as well that I wore more than my son wore his and eventually the bottom near the toe came off those as well. I will never buy Rocky snake boots again. Unfortunately there are not many to choose from for youth. If you are wearing these boots you are wearing them for protection and for hunting-- a little hard to hunt when the bottom of the boot falls off!!

              Living in the high desert, there have been lots of rattlesnakes this year. I have found that snake proof boots are very expensive, and was pleased to find that the youth size 7 fits a womans size 8,(I first got the 6 and they were too small). The boots are perfect for doing yard work.

                  I am just getting into hunting with my husband and becuase I wear a small size we had to purchase a Youth size 5. I have warn them about a hand full of times and this past weekend I went to get them to go on a hunting trip and the entire sole came off the one boot and in looking at the other boot the sole was coming off that boot as well. Now I am having a problem with getting them replaced becasue I don't have my receipt.

                  I am a 57 year old women that wears a kids boots...I wore this boot one season hunting and after going through wet grass and weeds the sole of both boots came off...had to duck tape them on to to finish the season..
