Just pull the drawstring on either side of your shoulder straps to hoist the blind onto your shoulder area. Hold the drawstring, and follow the cord to the hood. Hold the hood and release the drawstring. Pull the blind out of the hood, over your right shoulder (if you're right-handed), so that the blind extends all the way to the ground, in front of you. Pull the blind over your head and into place. Place arms through the arm holes located about waist height, and you are ready to disappear!

RE-PACKING IS EASY, TOO!
With the blind fully extended, fold both sides towards the middle. Make sure to roll the blind back over itself on top; do not roll the blind underneath itself. With the hood in place, hold the front of the hood extended over your face and stuff the blind into the hood. Throw the hood, with blind enclosed, over your head. Tighten the drawstrings to a comfortable level, and you're all set!
