      good product, needs better instructions

      When you apply power to the positive and negative contacts, the amp does not come on -- unless you also apply positive power to the the "remote" contact. Some radios only send power thru their remote leads when the radio is on (to power a remote antennae) so the amp won't work in CD or any other non-radio source mode. The instructions should tell you to bridge power to the positive and "remote" contacts. I sent one unit back thinking it was defective until I figured out what was going on.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        I have this amp bridged powering one 12" polk audio 320 watt continuous sub. It does a good job and the bass is strong and clear. The price was also good for the quality .
