                A:

                If it is going to say a horn, you start by running 2 wires from the battery. One from the negative ( - ) side to the horn and one from the positive ( + ) to a fuse (just in case of a short) to one terminal on the horn button switch (does not matter which one), then connect a different wire to the other terminal to the horn. When you push the button this will complete the circuit and sound the horn.
