Made in Italy by Pietta and imported by LSI, the PPS is a semi-automatic rimfire remake of the famous Soviet-era machine gun. The PPS uses a blowback system with two recoil springs located behind the bolt that insure the correct closing and a release that's locked by a lever-type safety. The barrel is the most noticeable part of the rifle with its drilled barrel-cover that gives the carbine a military look. A screw fixed base with a dovetailed blade front sight and a folding V-leaf rear sight adjustable for windage and elevation provide the rifle's sight picture. This rifle features a brown anodized finish, a folding leaf rear sight, and a 2-position safety and comes with two 30-round magazines. Its wood, metal, and bore are all in very good condition.
