    I will used this inverter to power a 110V refrigerator.Will this inverter stop the draw from batteries when you power back up to 110V at dock?

      not unless you have a way to switch over power from inverter to shore. I need more info to help? Yes your Batt charger system will keep up if your charger is large enough?
