primos The Primos Ki-Yi Distress Call is designed to re-create the sound an injured coyote makes. This call also produces the raspy distress calls of prey that appeal to all predators. Ki-Yi Distress Call can be used to produce jackrabbit distress calls, cottontail distress calls, fawn distress calls and Ki-Yi distress calls. Removable mouthpiece can produce various pitches, including pup whines and rabbit screams. Includes an instructional mini CD.

        This product sounds great. Not to hard to use. I think the fawn distress sound it makes is far better than anything else I own. If you dont have rabbit distress call this would be a good one to get. If your buying it for the ki-yi sound, in my opinion, I would just use the howler to make the ki-yi sound. I think its easier to make the ki-yi sound with the howler and its just one less call to be banging around making noise.

        Sounds good when you find the sweet spot, but it freezes easly even if it is not that cold. I would not buy it again you can make all the same sounds on the lil dogg

          I purchased this call primarily because I like the narrow reed design... it is vary easy to replicate ki-yi and distress sounds. Overall this call sounds great... though not as good as some of the custom calls.

          One thing... be sure to tie a string between the mouth piece and the call to be certain not to loose it. Other than that I find nothing else wrong with the call.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
