Product has saved the boat cover. Without the structure I was getting water puddles some 2 foot deep which was putting stress on the seams on the cover. Installation of the support system has totally stopped the puddling of water and allowed the rain to run off leaving a clean dry boat under the cover ready for use at a moments notice

Good idea but just doesn't work. We have a 22' 2010 Premier pontoon and store the boat at home in Ohio. Needed something with enough height and pitch to allow rain & snow to run off. This didn't do it. Poles do not raise up high enough and because the area to cover is so large, not enough support to hold up an additional winter grade tarp. Ended up using two 6' ladders at each end of the boat with a 25' length of 2x4 to make the pitch high enough to do the job. Maybe this would work on a small boat with a small area to cover, but don't waste your money otherwise.

Comments about Overton's Pontoon Boat Cover Support:
Use to support a pontoon cover. Its difficult to set up without help. Looks and feels cheap, I was afraid I would bend or break it installing the first time. It holds the cover up alright dry will have to wait until a rain to see if it actually works.

Comments about Overton's Pontoon Boat Cover Support:
This product is a total piece of garbage. I ended up building my own cover support that works much better. First, it is not easy to install by yourself the first time. Second, once installed, it allows for water to pool on the cover as it does not support the cover very well on the sides.

Comments about Overton's Pontoon Boat Cover Support:
The cover works great and is exactly what I needed for my pontoon boat. When positioned correctly rain water does not puddle. Would have given 5 stars had their been instructions and/or tips on how to use it. All you get is a picture on the box; which I referred to when installing initially. Got it right on the 2nd rain showers.
