Will this coyote decoy scare predators away, or will it attract them?

  Decoys such as this will typically bring in other curious predators of the same size/species. I use it specifically to attrack other coyotes when hunting. It would likely scare fox, geese, turkey, and other smaller non-predatory animals away, including deer, but not many other predators, as they are toward the top of the preditor pyramid for most areas.
