Comments about Perception Sport Sound 9.5 Kayak:

I've owned 2 of these kayaks for 3 years now. I bought 2 Pelican's, which are not bad, but they don't top these kayaks! I was a beginner, and I've moved up to class 3 rivers in this kayak. I don't think I'd try anything more difficult that a class 3, because it don't seem to be made for that. I use them often, and drag them everywhere w/o a problem. My bf is 6' 280, and I'm 4'11" 130. Happy kayaking, and google american whitewater for river info, great sight.

I love my little kayak. It fits inside my car, and is light enough for me to throw into my car, and throw into the water. It is kind of wide, read stable, but also read not to speedy in slicing thru water. If I knew then what I know now, I would still buy it.
