    I have an older version of the Pelican but it looks the same as the one pictured here. Being a single woman I needed to be able to load and store it by myself. It's not too heavy, is a dream to handle on the water even with small white caps and wind on the lake! Stable enough to let me get the photo shoots I want of wildlife and birds. My 10 and 8 yr old grandsons can handle it with ease. And I have to say, my "skiddish" friend didn't take long to gain confidence and enjoy a paddle!! We're in the market for one for him now! I don't want to forget to add the boat has allowed me to challenge myself in different water. The Pelican 100 is a fantastic craft for the money!!
