Product Description
Sharps is a name that shooters and collectors all over the world dream about. Persoli has used the best materials and latest techniques to ensure a top-quality reproduction of these legendary rifles. The most important parts are machined from forged metals for maximum durability and strength and the deep rifling is broached and ensures excellent results in long distance shooting. For the target shooting up to 1000 yards, the Sharps Competition has a high comb at the stock, a wide butt plate and the checkered pistol grip, features that are ideal also for the prone position. The frame, the trigger plate and the lever have a coin-color finish. The rifle is produced with heavy octagonal barrel with Hartford collar. This classic falling block rifle features a double trigger and a vernier target sight with globe front apertures and includes the original box and paperwork. Its wood, metal, and bore are in excellent condition.
