Use the converter for my laptop since many other converters just did not keep up. Also good for other devices like phone charger or printer. Very useful if you also want to go directly to the battery and bypass the fuse for heavier power tool usage.

    I purchased the inverter to use along with my deep cycle battery so we can operate our pellet burner if we lose electricity this winter. Hopefully we won't need it for that. I will also keep it in my pickup for my 110v tools and camping devices.
