Comments about Patagonia Women's Drifter A/C All-Terrain Shoe:
I use these for day hikes. The only con is that they are not GoreTex so I would imagine my feet will get wet if I got into enough water. But, that being said, the rubber that wraps up around the heel, sides, and toe is substantial to keep feet dry in wet grass or a little mud and puddles. These shoes are very comfortable! The tread is amazing and pretty heavy duty stuff, gives tons of grip on rocky and muddy terrain. They don't make your feet look huge like some hikers can. They are a nice balance of a tough shoe with a feminine look. Highly recommend them, 4 out of 5 stars only because they aren't water resistant.
