Comments about Patagonia® Men's Nomad GORE-TEX® Hiking Boot:
I traded up to this boot since a competitors boot was coming undone after a weekend in the High Peaks. My problem with these boots is the rubber along the toe seems to separate from the shoe. My first pair was returned after 3 weeks or so of road walking and now the last pair is doing the same thing and again there has been no treking in the woods, just along dirt roads. Will fix with shoe cement and possibly shop elsewhere for next pair. Very comfortable, but for the money, I expected more. Maybe there was a bad day at the glue factory.

Comments about Patagonia® Men's Nomad GORE-TEX® Hiking Boot:
These boots were an upgade from a shoe that began to come apart after a couple of days in the High Peaks region of the ADKS. I love these shoes, they are very comfortable and appear rugged. They have been warn around town and on 2-5 mile walks along dirt roads. However, the rubber began to come unglued from the toe area maybe 3 wks after purchase, without having been put through any physical tests. I am ordering a new pair and hope the ungluing is an issolated occurance. Plan to go back to the High Peaks again to test them out. Will update if the glue doesn't stick.

Comments about Patagonia® Men's Nomad GORE-TEX® Hiking Boot:
Great boots for everyday use, but really great for hiking. I use them as everyday footwear in the winter, and hitting the woods in the summer. They feel good, and look good. To me it's important to support companies that have a heart. Patagonia is a brand I trust.
