It is similar to the lining put inside truck beds. The abrasive in this product is not as soft but gives better traction.

Comments about Overton's Overton's Rubberized Nonskid Marine Coating, quart:

I have used this product around the golf cart loading area at the country club that can become very slippery with golf shoes. Since the application of this product we have had zero incidients. I plan to do the floors around my ice and water machines that the golfers use as well because there is always a puddle and it is slippery.

I have a pontoon boat- Party Barge 24'- that has a rubberized coating on the deck. The coating is peeling off after eight years. Can I apply this product directly to the plywood deck? Should I remove the existing coating first?
