I bought these seats to replace the lounge seats in our 1989 Four Winns Freedom 160 bowrider. I would have gotten the seats reupholstered, but the frames were rotten.
Based on looks alone, these seats are great. Look much better than the 20 year old seats they replaced. But the sturdiness and comfort leave a LOT to be desired. The plastic frame is not half as sturdy as the wood frame in the OEM seats. Do not plan on leaning on top of the seats to drive or dock, they bend right over. The cushions are VERY hard, they are narrower than OEM, and the back support is not high enough for me.
One main installation problem I had was these seats only pull out to recline from one side, so I had to crowd the seats toward the back of the boat to have room to lay the seats down. My old seats pulled out from both sides. This is not noted in the description anywhere.
I guess for what I paid for the pair, you can't expect much more than this. But I would have gladly paid a couple hundred dollars more for a sturdier seat.

Little assembly. Just had to attach seats to box. Line up seats in boat. Then screw down to deck. A one man operation.
