I bought the bunk carpet to self-install, in replacement for carpet that was worn through. The job went fairly well, and easily stapled on. The new carpet isn't the sturdiest stuff in the world, but was fairly inexpensive and my stapler went through it without hassle. It could benefit by some simple instructions how to neaten up the ends of the boards.

    Used them to re carpet some old bunks on the trailer worked just what I wanted it to do have not used them for a long time to see how long the carpet will last. It is thicker than others I've used so it should last some time

              I had bought this same product for my old trailer and loved it so that's why I bought it for my new trailer. Carpet fit perfect on my new 2X6X10 boards with no trimming needed. Carpet on old trailer had been on for over 3 years and had no sign of wear. Highly recommend. Was also best price I found for this quality of carpet and the free shipping made that price even better.                 If you are careful when cutting across the carpet you can avoid the fraying problem. Cut almost all the way across from 1 side and then finish by cutting from the other side so that the 2 cuts meet in the middle.

                The bunk carpet on my MagicTilt trailer for my H-260 sailboat was falling off. It was easy to work with but the bunk was 15', so I had to piece it together. Wish it would have been longer. It was the perfect width.

                      There is not adhesive backing on the carpet. I used a staple gun to install. It is very flexible for bending around corners and bends.
