This special 62-piece universal cleaning kit acts as a great traveling case and will be a welcome addition to your gun cleaning bench. The kit comes standard with solid brass rods and provides a full line of muzzle guards, cleaning cloths and special utility brushes. Strong aluminum case holds 3 solid brass rods for .17 caliber and 3 solid brass rods for other sizes, 14 bronze brushes, 9 absorbent mops, 4 patch loops, 13 solid brass cleaning jags, 3 muzzle guards, 3 utility brushes, 4 wipe cloths, 3 adapters, 50 cleaning patches for large bore guns, and 50 cleaning patches for small bore guns.

    This is a great kit as long as you are not expecting to clean a .32 or anything smaller. The smaller slotted patch loops and copper brushes will fit down the barrel of a 22. However they will not screw into the smaller brass rods without using an adaptor, the smallest adaptor is several mm too large to fit down the barrel of my 10/22!! How stupid is that??? You would be forced to use the larger diameter brass rods with no adaptor which Defeats the purpose. There are literally 2 pieces that will attach to the small diameter rods without the oversized adaptor rendering them superfluous. I just can't wrap my head around how this problem could be overlooked by everyone.

        I bought this when it was on sale. First off, the case is NOT aluminum! A few parts are aluminum, but it's mostly a hard plastic.

        It does have everything it should to clean all my firearms, although the plastic handle of one of the cleaning rods broke the third firearm I was cleaning.

        Don't pay full price, as I don't think it's worth it. Wait until it goes on sale.
