I bought the trophy kit that OUTDOOR EDGE has and took it antelope hunting, and deer hunting. the kit that i bought just had the saw and a skinning knife, and i was able to gut and skin 6 antelope and 1 mule deer before the knife finally started to lose its edge. my uncle had the same knife i did and we both came to the conclusion that we love these products. I got the butcher lite kit just after hunting seasons had ended so i mainly used this kit for processing without any problems, the knifes are still as sharp as when i took them out of the package. as for the rib spreaders, i'm not planning on using them on an elk, not quite big enough in my opinion. Deer and smaller they should work perfect.
For christmas i got a Butcher Lite kit for my grandfather so he doesn't need to use my knives and he won't spend most of the time sharpening his knives to get through an animal or two
