These Led Tailight replacements do what they are adverstsed to do, and a "Cave-Man could even install these..Took me less than a minute per assembly to install..The LED Lights are bright and Luminant, and operate as described

I ordered two of these to replace my conventional incandescent lights. I was happy to see they came with their own rubber adapter that slid right into the precut holes in my trailer. The wiring was very easy (plug and go). Great product.

Installs in seconds if you are replacing a light without rewiring. I did use my old rubber gaskets to hold these in since each trailer may hvae a slightly different tolerance & depth for the light socket. Very bright though, and works well for tail, braking and turn signal actions.

So far I really like these LED tail-lights. I recently installed them on my boat trailer. They look WAY better than the original lights. They were a perfect fit- easy to install. Only problem was the wiring harness from my previous lights didn't fit these lights. That's OK- I just did a little cut & splice to wire in the harness that comes with these lights.

Upon visual inspection the light looks great, is easily seen at dark because of the LED lights BUT this is not a product for continued saltwater dunking on a trailer of any size. Their description: "Accepts industry standard 3-prong plug for easy retrofit of incandescent lights.", is a nice feature BUT before any saltwater usage, the connectors should be smeared, covered, plastered with some sort of an electrical grease that will not wash off and any drainage holes in the trailer housing should be large enough for complete drainage after a saltwater dunking.
I am displeased with this aspect of the trailer design I have. And will be speaking to the manufacturer about this. Therefore the light itself is not the main problem but that connector is.
Solve that problem and I think it could be a good light.
