we make lots of setups calling coyotes, usually walking between several places. This is so light and easy to carry. The padded backrest beats leaning directly against a tree or fence post. The wedge shaped seat helps keep you to the back of the seat. Let the wife borrow mine while deer hunting. Had to get her one so I could keep mine. The boat cushion she was using was awful.

Would recommend if you hunt coyotes and do alot of different sets and alot of different terrain.

I use the wedge chair in my tree stand, in my ground blind, against trees, out in the open, etc. It is comfortable and allows me to remain still for longer periods of time. It is easy to carry and lightweight for the long predator hunting hikes we take.

This is a great seat. It is very comfortable and self supporting. Could sit in this seat all day and be comfortable.

[$] dollars is a little pricy, but its worth it if you plan on spending some time sitting. Easier to keep still when your comfortable. self supporting straps work ok but make some noise when you lean back. covinent carry strap but its not adjustable.
