Product Description
nikon Designed with realistic bowhunting scenarios in mind, Nikon's 2013 Archer's Choice rangefinder is built with Nikon's ID Technology that compensates for various incline or drop shooting angles. This makes it easier to accurately range and shoot from tree stands or steep embankments as well as from flat terrain. The Archer's Choice ranges from 11 yards out to 600 yards with bright 6X magnification in the Tru-Target ranging system. Switchable display option changes reticle from gray LCD to orange LED for exceptional subject-to-background contrast. It runs on 1 CR2 battery (included) and powers down after eight seconds of non-use for battery conservation. Includes a silent technology case in Realtree APG Camo with single motion lanyard.

Comments about Nikon 2013 Archers Choice Rangefinder, 6x21, Green:

I purchased this product after extensively reading available reviews, comparing specs/prices, etc & considered a few others but extremely satisfied with my decision. Glad I bought it preseason to test & get familiar with it. With a fairly steady hand it offers a very fast, accurate readout. Very clear lens even in low light. Comes with realtree neoprene case. I bow & rifle hunt deer, hogs, varmits, etc in multiple terrains & weather conditions so whether on the ground or up in a treestand, having the I/D technology along with being waterproof/fogproof, compact, lightweight & accurate from point blank range all the way out to 600 yds makes it ideal in most any situation including preseason scouting & postseason golf course action. Well worth the money. I'm so glad that I didn't settle for a lesser optic & regret every time I would use it especially @ dusk/dawn or in foul weather!

Comments about Nikon 2013 Archers Choice Rangefinder, 6x21, Green:

If you are buying this for the low light LED feature then don't buy because it is not effective. When it is activated it washes out the entire field of view and the reading is barley legible.
If you are buying for the Nikon name and quality ( clarity, durability, dependability)- then you will not be disappointed. It will give accurate readings in low light conditions which is good- If you can read it. If you have trouble with your eyes then you're out of luck.
Have not tested the waterproof or fog resistance yet.
Over all I like that it is small and can range at 9 yards and scan to 440 (furthest I have tested) but disappointed in the Orange LED.
