Audio and visual alerts help you keep your heart rate in the optimal zones, which are custom set or automatically set at 3 levels (Fitness, Endurance, and Training) based on your maximum heart rate. 3 line multi-view allows you to view Speed & Distance Monitor and Heart Rate Monitor data in one glance, while the 5 display presets allow you to auto info scroll during your run.
