Comments about New Archery Products Scorpion XP 100 Mechanical Broadheads, 3-Pack:
During a Cull Hunt on Texas Bowhunting Ranch, I shot a Big Old- Nanny Doe Broadside that weighed 150lbs, the Scorpion XP™ 100 Mechanical Broadhead went through the deer like butter; the deer ran 35 Yds and look back and dropped, she probably thought an Insect (Bee) had bitten her.
Tks.

Comments about New Archery Products Scorpion XP 100 Mechanical Broadheads, 3-Pack:
I live in South Africa and use them for hunting... they work very well... Great killing ability. Shoots the same as field points. Don't get stuck to twigs and plant material like open fixed blades.
No sharp edges that can harm yourself while handling.

Comments about New Archery Products Scorpion XP 100 Mechanical Broadheads, 3-Pack:
Excellent broadhead, fly just like your field point. I took six deer and a turkey last year, not one animal went very far. Turkey drop where it was standing two flaps and that was it done. Just watch shooting through leaves and limbs the blades will catch and turn your arrow.

Q:
what type of archery heads do you guys suggest?mechanical or fixed?Asked on 12/8/2008 by Anonymous1 answer
A:
well the first couple of years that a bow hunted i used fixed blades and they did have better penetration i thought, but they are also alot harder to tune to your bow... and then i switched to mechanical,( rage, wasp jackhammer,) and they truly fly just like a field tip. they penetrate plenty deep enough and with both of the mechanical s i have shot it seems the deer jus don't go far at all after shot i think since i switched to mechanical my farthest tracking job has been about 60 yards and that was my fault for a far back shot placement!!!! soo i recommend mechanical...Answered on 9/5/2009 by bow hunter 19 from boone county WV
